About the Role:

We are seeking a(6-10 years’ experience) to join our Performance team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom automationto ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery. You will collaborate closely with development, SRE and product teams, and drive automation-first practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain custom automations and inhouse- tools .
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines , integrating automated testing and performance validation.
• Develop and maintain observability dashboards and monitoring solutions .
• Profile and analyze system performance (CPU, memory, DB, cache, network) to identify bottlenecks.

Mandatory Skills / Experience:

1. Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).

3. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.).
4. Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust, or equivalent) is a must.
5. Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
6. Strong profiling and troubleshooting skills (CPU, memory, network, DB, cache).
7. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
8. Ability to design reusable frameworks and internal tooling .

· Research and reverse engineer IP communication protocols.

· Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for deep packet inspection of IP traffic.

For that mission you’ll need:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C++, working experience with templates, STL, boost libraries.
