TheResponsibilities:

  • The role holder will be required to apply in-depth knowledge of custody services, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. The candidate will be required to integrate subject matter and industry expertise, as well as evaluating moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, and application of problem solving skills in the development of solutions.

  • Working closely with all members of the Custody Team, assist with the daily administration and servicing of the Custody Product to Private Bank clients nationwide.

  • Act as a source of technical expertise within the team, keeping abreast of developments and offering support and guidance

  • Support team members and team leader with handling all custody related aspects of CPB relationship, provide support and guidance to junior members of the team

  • Deal with complex issues and challenges as they arise

  • Ability to work well with other CPB product partners in meeting client expectations

  • Resolve client inquiries and issues on a timely basis and as accurately as possible, provide solutions to escalations

  • Direct contact with clients and their attorneys, accountants, third party vendors, representatives, pertaining to requisition payments, call back, etc.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory policies and requirements of the Private Bank
