This role will require interaction with business management teams and support partners (Tech, ICRM, Control, Middle Office etc) - timely escalation and remediation of issues, continued drive towards efficiency and closure of any control gaps. Members of the team are required to escalate, investigate and remediate any issues identified through the control processes.

• Complete assigned Quality Control (QC) reviews with a focus on verifying controls and risk reduction by defining and executing assessment/testing strategies

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program

What you'll be doing:

• Work with Management on governance and facilitate execution of Risk & Control Assessments as required by the operational management framework.
• Accountable for the implementation of the Control Framework, including Lesson Learned Policy, Risk Control Policy, Control Standard and Issue Management Policy.
• Ensure identification of root causes, partnering with process & control owners to recommend enhancements, provide check and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in according with relevant Policies.
