Mehnaty Graduate Analyst isan Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using various internal and external systems and databases
• Conduct Cross Sector reviews among multiple Citi business lines.
• Document and report the review/investigation findings and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation
• Summarize, in writing, clear and concise findings of the investigation
• Advise senior management on next steps and provide recommendations on the next course of action (relationship retention, termination, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR))
• Assist AML team with managing risks by analyzing the root cause of issues and impact to business
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

* Analyzing transaction flows of the world's largest financial institutions
* Be a part of the front end of technological development for the financial transaction space
* Work and support more than 50 different geographies across the region to deliver the best solutions to our clients

*Work with Private Bankers to identify prospects and present value propositions offered by fiduciary offshore structures (trusts, investment holding vehicles and insurance solutions) to high-net-worth clients of Citi Private Bank (CPB).

*Attend client meetings with Bankers and participate in presentations and sales pitches
