Responsibilities:

  • The Real Estate Mgmt Group Manager supports the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of all Citi Corporate Real Estate interests.

  • Key member of the international region’s Real Estate Transaction team.

  • Must have in - depth knowledge of real estate transaction process and negotiations, fee structures and best practices in real estate transactions.

  • Must be able to "step through" complicated agreements and structures to minimize expenses and maximize return on investment.

  • Prior knowledge of the regulatory, compliance, financial metrics and culture of a financial services institution as they effect real estate transactions/models/planning

Central Maintenance Unit (CMU) is established to centralize all static maintenances and service as a center of excellence (COE) for the function to bring in faster service, high accuracy, and lower risk by better impact analysis and high quality on Flexcube. CMU will have user profiles on each application where there is an service level agreement (SLA-NCIA) signed in between to outline the roles and responsibilities of the team/branch; understand requirements of 50+ EMEA branches, complete necessary set-up changes in test environments, test the set-up/functionalities and perform the same on production environment after agreed approvals are received.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Review and follow up FMS system for work orders received from customers (Citi Branches) for Flexcube
  • Root cause analysis of the reasons for failure within the process
  • Understand and agree with the branch on the requirements
  • Perform set-up maintenances on UAT environment
  • UAT execution to test requested set-up changes
  • Creating gold copy for the maintenances together with the Fixed Management System (FMS) requirements, UAT scripts, version-controlled maintenance screen shots, test results and signoffs
  • Communicate UAT results to branch O&T and OFSS, update FMS
  • Keep accurate MIS daily, prepare periodic reports assigned by CMU Head
  • Ensure procedure agreed with the SLA is followed up before maintenances performed on Flexcube production
  • Ensure CMU Head is kept fully informed on all operational matters, timely escalations
  • Continuous efforts to learn CEEMEA branches Flexcube set-ups, share knowledge with other team members to increase all teams knowledge base

  • Able to support production by 7/24 working model and out of regular office hours like weekends or late nights
