Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategy for Financial Institutions (FI) in conjunction with regional and country partners in Thailand
  • Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the Thailand FI marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management
  • Portfolio Management and Optimization: Develop deep relationships with key global and regional FI clients.
  • Retain FI clients and grow volumes/values
  • Identify cross sell opportunities with FI clients
  • Market Presence: Be an ambassador and evangelist for Citi in the region with clients, partners, and industry forums to continue to drive Citi’s recognition as the largest and best in class
  • Maintain leading edge expertise of the industry and regional competitive environment.
  • Ownership and Leadership: Act as a steward of the business and influence its strategy and market leadership as a key business member of the regional and global sales team
  • Lead complex cash management deals end-to-end including RFP responses and client pitches, recommending innovative cash management solutions.
  • Market Development: Develop a Client focus strategy for all key clients and sub sector targets
  • Control and Compliance: Maintain a pristine control environment for all issues related to business management, compliance, regulatory requirements such as KYC, documentation, and training
  • Review account plans to identify sales opportunities and support origination of cash management opportunities through development of thought leadership material
  • Develop target list of underpenetrated names to actively focus on with a “Hunting License” for growing new cash business though unsolicited bids.
  • Meet all Sales Management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs
  • Lead and prepare client presentations
  • Work with Implementations/account managers to ensure deals closed our implemented effectively and efficiently to ensure revenue realization and ramp-up
  • Actively share with Product Management Team new developments within the market updates and the environment –
  • Attend regular team and sales management meetings to report on performance
  • Manage key Balance Sheet Drivers including assets and liabilities
  • Manage and partner with Banking, as appropriate, on all relevant aspects of Client Credit Risk (including credit appetite/credit commitment/returns)
  • Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
  • Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
  • Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Solid credit skills and experience
  • Broad client management experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills (including self-organizational skills)
  • Superior client management & deal negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of global, regional and local.

Description:

The Information Security Risk Lead is responsible for driving efforts to support governance, risk and compliance for CISO at Citi. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's cyber and information security policy and

country regulatory related requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate deliverables of all Information Security (IS) programs, ensuring closure per agreed timelines and goals
  • Engagement with local regulators BOT, SEC, TB-CERT, Thai-CERT, MDES, NCSA, etc. on IS related matters
  • Manage regulatory exams and internal & external audits
  • Work closely with Global & Regional Information Security teams to improve processes and reduce risk, and support the IS regulatory related activities for Thailand
  • Manage internal/external resources to organize cyber-attack simulations exercise, coordinating and overseeing vulnerability, mitigation/remediation/correction action plans, and issues management process
  • Accountable for delivery of the associated remediation from regulatory assessments
  • Proficiency in preparing periodic updates / reports / presentation deck for both internal stakeholders and regulators
  • Provide timely and appropriate updates to regional and global stakeholders; escalate issues in a timely manner to senior management
  • Build and develop partnerships with business, IT, risk, compliance, IS, senior management staff and stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings, assist in developing analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements
  • Acts as IS/Cybersecurity SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Engagement required across global & regional teams will be required to work across time zones especially NAM time zone.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer/Information Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred
  • One or more industry-recognized cybersecurity-related certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001
  • 6 - 10 years or above of relevant experience in Cyber Security Management / Cyber Security Operations / Technology Risk Management / Third-party Risk Management or IT Audit, preferably with experience gained from banking / finance services industry / consultancy / control compliance or legal disciplines
  • Experience in assessing cyber regulatory compliance from BOT, SEC etc.
  • Strong understanding of International Standards/Frameworks such as: NIST, ISO 27001series, COBIT, CIS, GDPR, DORA, etc.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. (PMP, PRINCE2, etc. is a plus)
  • Strong consultation, reporting writing and communication skills with highly proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
  • Thai language fluency is a must.
