Financial Solutions Senior Analystis a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including
Document Sourcing– Identify and retrieve source documentation for use in testing.Obtain documents via direct system access and Business/Technology SME outreach. Request, retrieve and package source documentation across a range of financial products obtained via various global functions to ensure they meet the established requirements
Data Analysis
Stakeholder Management– Build andmaintain
Process Management and Process Improvement Implementation– Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions.Provide inputs to enable the analysis of the document sourcing current process,identifyingand implementing process improvements
Project Management

Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
SME knowledge of any financial products such as Derivatives, Securities, SFTs, Loans, Deposits, Cash, etc.
Proficient use ofMicrosoft Applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word),especiallyMS Excel with strong background in Lookups and Pivot Tables
Experience in information management or sourcing within testing environments
Background in regulatory reporting or compliance documentation
Experience working with SMEs to gather necessary documentation
Data analysis and validation
Strong attention to detail,accuracyandorganizational skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Responsibilities:
• Drive Fixed Income business and revenue growth in Citi Wealth APAC.
• Deliver quality investment advice, product recommendations and strategy to meet the diverse needs / objectives of retail clients across jurisdictions.
• Ensure professional dealing standards, conduct effective and efficient execution, and deliver adherence to regulations for proper execution.
• End-to-end product management including product advice / recommendations, sourcing, pricing, execution, approvals, product and business development, problem resolution, proper product delivery (process, disclosures, risk & control), training and after-sales support.
• Drive investment solutions and idea generation, product and delivery channel innovation with good follow through to execution.

• Ensure all internal (Citibank Directive & Policy) and external (Law and regulations across jurisdictions) control/compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications:
• 5-8 years capital market experience. Experience in fixed income securities or structured products would be an advantage.
• Degree(s) in relevant subject such as business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, physical science. CFA qualification/part qualification or MBA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the fixed income products industry, securities products and portfolio management theory.
• Self-motivated / Takes the Initiative/Strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Well organized, disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to detail.
• Mathematically talented with good grasp of risk, including implications of credit risk factors for proper risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Robust understanding of trading analytics and data analysis.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced excel and power-point skills and high computer literacy skills is a must. VBA and Python is a plus.
• Solid Bloomberg, system and technology skills.
