What you’ll do

• Develop and implement enterprise scale cutting-edge models for NLP and document classification.
• Implement and optimize vector-based retrieval systems for RAG by covering embedding models, ANN indexing, hybrid search, and re-ranking.
• Implement autonomous AI agents to implement adaptive, error-resistant data extraction, and content validation tasks.
• Monitoring Ongoing Research: Stay actively engaged in monitoring ongoing research efforts, keeping abreast of emerging trends, and ensuring that the Generative AI team remains at the forefront of the field.
• Model Delivery to Production: Take a hands-on approach to ensure AI models are successfully deployed into production environments, meeting high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.
• Strategy Implementation: Execute the strategy for generative AI research and development, aligning it with the bank's overarching goals and objectives.
• Research and Development: Lead and participate in research activities to explore and advance state-of-the-art generative AI techniques, including KNNs, GNNs, and other relevant technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and performance of generative AI models, conducting rigorous testing and evaluation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders across the bank to drive the adoption of generative AI and Large Language Models, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that AI initiatives meet regulatory requirements while pushing the boundaries of technology innovation.

What we’ll need from you

• B.Sc., MSc, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.).
• Very strong experience in Machine Learning, delivering complex solutions to production.
• Proven hands-on experience in data science and Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).
• Strong proven delivery track record.
• In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other open sources libraries / APIs or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Publications and contributions to the AI research community are a plus.
• Experience in high tech or financial industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Driving delivery of platform capabilities supporting application needs for on-prem and cloud environments. Driving Ownership areas, bring strong cloud engineering expertise around application security but also k8s aws, google continually keeping up to date on new gaps within application security and devsecops platform capabilities to be bridged and resolved .Able to deliver highly secure and superbly engineered code.Identifying gaps within developers security platform and driving resolutions by developing components addressing the gaps including authentication and authorization , credential management , encryption , certificates management and more. This position requires close collaboration and partnership with Security Engineering, Cloud Engineering, as well as Authentication and Authorization Engineering teams.

What you’ll do

In this role you will be part of the AML team who lead Citi Israel AML targets, performing periodic routines, and working closely with both local and regional business and AML functions colleagues, including but not limited to:

• To assist and facilitate research and investigation of potentially AML investigations/escalations, including ensuring timely resolution of cases and filing of suspicious activity report to the regulator.
• To provide an effective ongoing credible challenge on the AML processes managed by the business.
• Working as a Subject Matter Expert in supporting Citi teams on AML matters.
• To support the implementation of the Citi AML Policy, and the various Global AML directives and projects.
• Responsible for implementation local and global relevant AML regulations.
