Your Impact
- Perform month-end close and prepare monthly tax or accounting analysis for assigned entities.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for assigned entities.
- Support Entity or Group Accounting Manager in reporting package, audit materials, bank matters, and other operational activities.
- Communicate basic to moderately complex accounting concepts effectively within the team and across other functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles (ex. K-GAAP / US-GAAP, IFRS, local Accounting Standards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent team player with effective communication skills (fluent in English and Korean).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Audit Assurance; CPA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation knowledge and tools such as RPA, Python, PowerQuery, or PowerBI.
- Experience in internal controls and compliance.
- High potential with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
