Who you will work with

What you will do:As a member of the Sales/Marketing team, you will be actively involved in:

  • Supporting the sales team with lead tracking and management.
  • Cooperating with and supporting the marketing team in campaign preparation.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on various projects.
  • Creating and administering a customer database.
  • Communicating with partners and customers.
  • Supporting sales activities, including working with sales and co-marketing tools.
  • Self-development in technical and non-technical skills on a daily basis.
  • Developing skills in reporting and analytics.
  • Handling various ad hoc sales-related duties.

How will you track your progress:

  • Weekly updates with the team and your manager about ongoing activities.
  • Dynamic issue management.
  • Effective time management – learning how to meet deadlines.
  • Work accuracy – staying attentive to details.
  • Training sessions – you will have access to a wide spectrum of Cisco Career Development opportunities as well as shadowing sessions with teammates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the Czech language, fluency in English.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing-related field – being a student throughout the internship employment (at least 1 year) is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A creative and pro-active attitude.
  • High level of energy, confidence, determination, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
  • A proactive and diligent self-starter with an ability to coordinate and prioritize, utilizing resources effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to interact professionally with internal stakeholders (clients) and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Able to work under pressure and make decisions with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Open-minded and passionate about new technologies, ideas, and ways of working.
  • Interest and understanding of internal and external communications and their role within organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
