Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and determine revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606
  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting and compliance
  • Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
  • Audit and monitor commission calculations and calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Support and manage statutory audit processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and accounting policies

Qualifications:

  • CPA with at least 2+ years of post-internship experience, preferably in a high-tech multinational organization
  • Deep understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition processes
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Qlik Sense
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English with exceptional attention to detail
  • Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • HRIS Expertise : Min of 3 years of hands-on experience with HR solutions -specificallyHiBob, in implementing features and supporting users in HR Talent and Hire to Retire processes.
  • HR Background : Strong HR background, proven experience working in/supporting HR groups
  • Industry Experience : Leverage experience in HiTech environments
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities with a rigorous approach to systems and data.
