Primary Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce architectural strategy across Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, Marketing, and AI/Einstein use cases.

  • Have an intellectual curiosity and interest to maintain and acquire new business, technology and architecture skills

  • Possess strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience managing relationships with system integrators and platform teams.

  • Have a proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and aligning technology with business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud)

  • At least 3 years of experience in an architectural leadership role

  • At least 4 years of experience designing multi-cloud data models and scalable integrations (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

  • At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, OnePipeline, Copado/Flosum)

  • ADM 201- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise data architecture, API management, and identity/security (SSO, OAuth, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of APEX, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL

  • At least one additional Salesforce certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) , Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
