This Senior Manager, Chief of Staff - Workforce Strategy & Operations position will be a critical part of the Card Tech+ Chief of Staff team managing the organization’s International Expansion program.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the execution of our short and medium international expansion strategy; includes headcount projections, location strategies, and skillset requirements

• Contribute to longer-term international expansion forecasts and strategy in partnership with engineering and business leaders

• Manage global cross-functional partners to provide perspective on implications to Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR leaders

• Provide end-to-end project management support for preparation, onboarding, and monitoring of expansion; this includes budgeting, engineering intent alignment, and transition planning
