About The Position

The VDC group is a prominent professional arm within our Operations department, responsible for creating the framework of the Digital Twin for our clients’ construction projects. It involves integrating our clients’ models, schedule and construction insights, with our proven construction management methodologies, into an accurate digital representation of the project.

As a VDCE in the VDC Group, you will take part in projects’ setup tasks and maintenance routines. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Product team to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our digital twin solutions, as well as uncover new opportunities to deliver value to our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Support projects’ setup and maintenance tasks, to maintain the digital twin throughout the project lifecycle, using Buildots design guidelines and methodologies.
  • Bring your construction knowledge to the support of the ‘Buildots solution’ for global construction projects.
  • Closely work with our Technical Product team to :
  • Investigate and analyze digital twin quality issues.
  • Help develop scalable quality logics to detect and address these issues efficiently.
  • Identify and extract valuable client use cases based on insights from Buildots data.
  • Research Buildots datasets to uncover patterns, define quality metrics, and propose new product capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects with practical experience in site-based or project management related roles.
  • Engineering (civil / structural) or equivalent, or Construction management degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modeling software.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast paced, dynamic and changeable environment
  • Good working knowledge of MEP systems and installations and strong understanding of real-world construction workflows.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable researching and analyzing large datasets.
  • Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Highly efficient and detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management.
  • Good verbal and written professional communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office and G Suite.
  • Be able to attend the Tel-Aviv office 3+ days per week.

Advantages:

  • Experience working on residential, commercial or industrial building projects.
  • Experience with Navisworks Manage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Power Project or P6

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Skilled in handling complex and noisy datasets.
  • BSc in CS, electrical engineering or similar degrees
