Required Qualifications:

  • Current rising junior or rising senior (grad dates between Dec 2026 - May 2028), graduating senior (May 2026 grad) continuing on to grad school, or current grad student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.

  • Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering or Statistics

  • Must be able to start internship on May 18thor 26th,2026 and work for 12 weeks

  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

  • Experience with Minitab or MATLAB

  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks

  • Mechanical design experience in academic or professional settings

About the role:

As a Surgical Endoscopy Territory Manager (SE TM) at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within your territory to meet or exceed your Sales Plan. This field-based role focuses on delivering innovative Flexible Endoscopy solutions and building strategic relationships across key clinical and administrative stakeholders.

You will engage with a diverse call point including Trauma, General, Bariatric, Hepatobiliary, and Thoracic Surgeons, Pulmonologists, and Respiratory Physicians. Your success will be driven by your ability to provide clinical excellence, procedural support, and strategic account management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve revenue targets.
  • Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain constructive, strategic relationships with: Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Operating Room, ICU, Hospital Infection Control, and Materials Management.
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts by training, educating, and selling innovative technologies.
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
  • Stay current on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge.
  • Uphold all the quality policies outlined within sales structure consistently and completely.

Required qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Gastroenterology and/or Pulmonary Endoscopy experience
  • Direct Flexible Endoscopy sales experience
  • Successful expansion of surgical call points in respective territory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies

Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $113,096.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of sales and education experience
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in medical device sales

Preferred qualifications:

  • A four-year degree with a background in sales and proven track record of success will help in making this position a successful team approach to selling in the radiology lab and to our physicians.
  • Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills.
  • Person should have a proven ability to take on a large number of accounts.
