About the role:

In this role, you will sell and promotewithin a defined geographic territory. You will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding usage within current accounts to achieve revenue and unit growth objectives in alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Develop action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goal.
  • Determine the needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel.
  • Establish pricing packages to establish price points that address specific customer's needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to secure purchasing commitments, often with the help of incentive programs and services made available to the account being developed.


Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac related devices.
  • Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.
  • History and relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry.
  • Must have a technical aptitude; be able to discuss, explain software algorithms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people (physicians, office staff, etc.).

About the role: Capital and Service Sales

This position has responsibility for planning and scheduling activities required to meet customer needs, marketing requirements, and meet service level objectives for installing and supporting all BSC AF Solutions capital equipment and service. Responsible for managing and updating the information in the sales funnel in salesforce.com, tracking of deals through the legal process both internal and external, and being responsible for the project management of new builds in hospitals, coordinating all necessary resources.

Your responsibilities will Include:

  • Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
  • Collaborates with AFS Sales and Service Managers, Managers, and Reps to assist in the sale of capital and service, ensure clarity of installation requirements and managing support to align with the regional field-sales strategy.
  • For all capital product installations, build on-going communication and collaboration on customer facing elements with local field sales teams. For each installation, conduct pre-install planning ensuring all equipment and hospital IS network requirements are met. Then, serve on-site as key lead of installation process with the regional field team. And after installs, facilitate full transition to regional sales teams and mapping specialists who will operate going forward.
  • Manage the requisitioning and allocation of all materials and supplies required to support all capital installation with the FSE team in timely and sequential manner.
  • Monitor on-time delivery of purchased goods and services to meet manufacturing needs while minimizing inventory investment.
  • Analyze suppliers to establish expectations on installation an implementation strategy to better customer relationship.
  • Own the Capital RFI/ RFP process as hospitals request.

What we're looking for in you:

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales work experience
  • 2+ years of sales related work experience
  • Technical aptitude; be able to discuss, explain complex hardware and software.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, complete extensive training programs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Medical device sales, clinical education and/or clinical research experience

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Establish, develop, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Engagement:Proactively reach out to customers as needed to foster strong relationships.
  • Problem Resolution:Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets:Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
  • Collaboration:Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Analysis:Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
  • Reporting:Supply the C-suite with detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Industry Trends:Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience as a commercial leader, managing a territory with multiple sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership within a commercial organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be$200,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

About the role:

In this role, you will sell and promotewithin a defined geographic territory. You will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding usage within current accounts to achieve revenue and unit growth objectives in alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Develop action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goal.
  • Determine the needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel.
  • Establish pricing packages to establish price points that address specific customer's needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to secure purchasing commitments, often with the help of incentive programs and services made available to the account being developed.


Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac related devices.
  • Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.
  • History and relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry.
  • Must have a technical aptitude; be able to discuss, explain software algorithms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people (physicians, office staff, etc.).
