ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is based in Western Australia and will report to the Sales Manager, Interventional Oncology ANZ and Peripheral Interventions WA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
  • Successfully complete divisional training programs, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Actively attend clinical cases to support product use as per the DFU.
  • Identify additional product opportunities to actively sell to Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons and other associated specialties.
  • Work with the broader Peripheral Interventions team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC’s Peripheral Interventions / Interventional Radiology business.
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Deliver in-services on a regular basis to nurses and doctors promoting Boston Scientific Interventional Oncology products.
  • Book 1:1 meetings with doctors to discuss product use and actively sell.
  • Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
  • Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.
  • To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.

  • Is a seasoned professional sales person with demonstrated sales success.

  • Project Management:

The focus of this project is to create guiding principles to ensure right process flow established and implemented, starting from Order Creation to Fulfilment within Tender, Direct, Private, Public & Marketplace businesses.
  • Organizational Design & Change:
    • Collaborate with HR and commercial leadership to support the redesign of organizational structures for growth readiness.
    • Support change management plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Evolution:
    • Work with country leads to assess and implement GTM model changes, including transitions from indirect to direct channels.

  • Reporting & Governance:
