What you'll do

You’ll become the key expert and advisor to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cath lab staff across your territory. Expect a hands-on role in which you are supporting procedures, delivering training, and driving therapy adoption. You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to strengthen our market presence and ultimately improve lives.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support during EP procedures involving ablation and mapping technologies
  • Build strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, and EP-lab staff and become their go-to resource
  • Train hospital teams on safe and effective product use (both in procedures and through planned education sessions)
  • Sales responsible of your area to help grow business opportunities and uncover unmet needs
  • Ensure smooth logistics and coordination around case planning, inventory, and follow-up
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and evolving clinical practices
  • Share field insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous innovation

A day in your life

Every day brings something new. One day you’re supporting a Farapulse procedure in one account; the next, you might be traveling to another hospital to discuss the OPAL HDx system upgrade. You’ll balance clinical case support with commercial insight-gathering and product education. If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and want to see your impact firsthand, this role will suit you perfectly.

What you bring

You’ll likely tick one or more of these boxes:

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, neuromodulation, or Cath lab environments
  • OR experience in a field-based clinical support or sales role (e.g. medical devices or hospital technology)
  • Biomedical engineering, nursing, or life sciences degree
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain complex clinical or technical matters clearly and effectively
  • Ability to build trust quickly with medical teams
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a structured approach to planning your work
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Switzerland and work flexible hours based on procedure schedules
  • Fluent in French, English, and German. Italian is optional.

HR Intern

As member of the HR Operations team, you support the further development and execution of our transactional HR Service delivery within Poland. While taking the first steps in your HR career, you also have a chance to experience focusing on continuously improving our HR processes and practices. You will also be involved in a wide range of HR areas across the employee life cycle such as benefits administration, employee systems and reporting, learning and development, payroll, and HR compliance. As part of your internship, you will participate in local and regional HR projects to leverage best-in-class HR services and drive effectiveness and efficiencies whilst increasing customer satisfaction and experiences.

What you will learn:

  • Provide HR support and advice to the Managers and Co-workers in developing and generating metrics reporting/tools, HR Processes as applicable
  • Resolving or assisting in resolving a variety of escalated HR Operations issues
  • Managing data, procedures and/or processes related to HR
  • Process new hire and current employee’s administration including e.g. onboarding, preparing employment agreement, entering or updating personal information records, salary information, medical certificates
  • Assisting in supervision of personnel and payroll documentation and
  • Cooperating with the payroll provider
  • Benefits management
  • Managing data, procedures and/or processes related to one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits, Invoicing, Learning and/or Recruitment
  • Health and safety requirements maintenance – organizing training for employees
  • Time and attendance system management, assistance in current issues, short onboarding trainings regarding time registration and leaves from work
  • Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation for HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or studying toward a degree (preferably in Human Resources or related)
  • Previous transactional HR Service delivery experience would be an advantage, but is not necessary
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Polish Labor law
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Polish Native and English fluent (C1) - written and spoken

Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting.  You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.

This role will be based around the Bern region and will require daily travel throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
•    Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
•    Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
•    Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
•    Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
•    Educate clinicians on a product franchise
•    Commercially promote a product franchise
•    Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
•    Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.


Profile Requirements:


•    Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.

•    Be fluent in English, German (C1)
•    Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
•    Be computer/technically savvy.
•    Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
•    Be willing to travel across the Belgium or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
•    Hold a current driving license


We will be running a recruitment process that will include a telephone interview and then if selected a virtual Assessment interview.
