About the Role
The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides field/remote clinical, technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level.
Working with the electrophysiology (EP) portfolio, this role covers the Paris region, with some additional case support as and when required by client needs. Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements, and the primary focus is case support, using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio.
This remote field-based role offers a permanent position and requires extensive travel across the Paris region (up to five days per week).

As part of the responsibility, the Therapy Manager will develop and leverage relationships with medical Key Opinion Leaders/Hospital administration & Medical societies, with the goal of increasing the number of patients treated with and/or market share of product franchises, by standardizing the LAAC patient pathway and activating the referral network.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy Development & Leadership
Account & Stakeholder Management: Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues impacting the use of company products. Assess clinical needs, goals, and constraints to determine where our therapies can offer comprehensive healthcare solutions.
Referral Network Development: Identify and prioritize key referral networks for the WATCHMAN therapy, including Electrophysiologists, Gastroenterologists, Nephrologists, Neurologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and Primary Care Physicians.
Education & Training: Ensure increasing patient treatments and clinical success by educating and training stakeholders involved in patient identification and referral.
Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
Hospital & Administrative Engagement: Build relationships with hospital administrative personnel to gain insights into hospital business dynamics and identify key decision-makers.
Clinical Education: Educate physicians and AHPs on the clinical data supporting LAAC therapy.
Sales Analysis & Action Plans: Develop action plans by analyzing sales data and reports, identifying target account needs, and collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to help achieve annual sales goals.

What are we looking for in you:

• Be willing to travel across the France or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
• Hold a current driving license
