Your Responsibilities Include:

• Support and assist the Financial New Products leader.
• Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), monthly control, variance analysis and local and corporate reporting.
• Conduct financial and budget analysis, generating several types of reports for managerial decision making.
• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts, which are then sent to the company’s headquarters, division and/or project managers.
• Provide support to the accounting cycle, including month-end activities; analysis and follow-up of variances to standard costs, financial plans per project.
• Provide with a high level of customer service, both internal and external clients of the company.
• Provide support and develop Standard Cost Estimations for New Product according to provided assumptions, keep track of changes and provide final Std Cost at project end.
• Generate reports at month end for actual vs plan project expenditures, costs, resource time sheets, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Industrial Eng or related field.
• English Level: B2+- C1 (80-95%)
• Desired knowledge: Proven analytical skills / SAP / Proficiency in MS Excel.
• At least 1 or more years of experience in Financial analysis positions.
• Proven experience in cost accounting and Standard Cost Development.
• Knowledge in accounting processes, basic accounting, is required.
