Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la production, le bon déroulement et le suivi de la paie dans un environnement international: contrôler l’ensemble du processus de paie en veillant à la conformité et en appliquant les procédures mises en place à l’échelle de l’EMEA
  • Être le contact privilégié des organismes sociaux et fiscaux
  • Extraire et collecter les données variables
  • Examiner et résoudre les questions liées à la paie des employés dans ServiceNow.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les ressources humaines, les finances et autres services internes pour garantir une paie précise et respectueuse des délais
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs de paie pour s’assurer de la bonne prestation du service et des évolutions attendues.
  • Promouvoir la culture de l'amélioration continue en optimisant, standardisant et en mettant en œuvre l'automatisation des processus en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de paie EMEA.
  • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps avec la capacité de respecter des délais serrés.
  • Devenir expert en processus de paie spécifiques (EMEA)
  • Collaborer avec les auditeurs internes et externes pour garantir une conformité totale avec les exigences internes et externes
  • Participer aux projets GBS et Global Payroll en proposant des initiatives d'amélioration, en dirigeant de petits projets ou en participant à des projets plus larges.
  • Soutenir les membres de l'équipe en fournissant des commentaires et des conseils technique.
  • Assurer les activités de comptabilité de la paie (préparation et publication des journaux, clôture de fin de mois, réconciliations).
  • Contrôler et assurer la fiabilité des cotisations sociales et fiscales, procéder aux règlements des cotisations quand nécessaire et à la réconciliation des paiements
  • Mettre à jour les process internes au fur et à mesure des améliorations

Nos exigences

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience au sein d’un service de paie en entreprise.

Bac+ 3 minimum en comptabilité, gestion des affaires ou domaine connexe.

Une expérience de travail avec le système Alicia (SD Worx) est un avantage.

Excellente compréhension du droit du travail. Expérience supplémentaire souhaitée dans un environnement de centres de services partagés internationaux, avec un minimum de 12 mois d'expérience.

Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise exigée Connaissance pratique de SuccessFactors et ServiceNow, SAP S/4 Hana serait considéré comme un avantage. Expérience d’amélioration continue.

Perform raw material purchases for the company in a timely and efficient manner in order to assure proper functioning of the organization. Satisfy our clients´ product requirements through an efficient control and programming of company resources.

Your Responsibilities Include:

· Conduct production planning to effectively comply with product requirements, maintaining a balance between the clients’ requirements and the site´s efficiency and inventory level.

· Additional Responsibilities:

· Establish an actual, reachable, and acceptable Production Plan.

· Obtain an effective use of labor and equipment.

· Achieve timely communication with operative areas (Production, Purchasing, etc.) with direct influence on their functions, and with the entire organization in general.

· Follow up on the production plan through defining appropriate quantities, distribution and times in order to achieve maximum operative efficiency.

· Participate in the MRB (Material Review Board) as required.

· Perform the capacity requirement analysis, with a monthly frequency as minimum.

· Weekly and monthly reports on Production Plan´s control and monitoring.

· Establish “special” schedules, such as overtime, trainings, meetings, etc. within the production plan.

· Engage with purchasing, core teams, and global supply partners as needed.

· Provide inventory analysis as required or requested.

· Create comunication lines with network stakeholders
