Nos exigences
Plus de 3 ans d'expérience au sein d’un service de paie en entreprise.
Bac+ 3 minimum en comptabilité, gestion des affaires ou domaine connexe.
Une expérience de travail avec le système Alicia (SD Worx) est un avantage.
Excellente compréhension du droit du travail. Expérience supplémentaire souhaitée dans un environnement de centres de services partagés internationaux, avec un minimum de 12 mois d'expérience.
Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise exigée Connaissance pratique de SuccessFactors et ServiceNow, SAP S/4 Hana serait considéré comme un avantage. Expérience d’amélioration continue.
Excellentes compétences en communication et rédaction.
Compétences personnelles en leadership et en influence.
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle. Attitude positive et collaborative.

About the Role:
Perform raw material purchases for the company in a timely and efficient manner in order to assure proper functioning of the organization. Satisfy our clients´ product requirements through an efficient control and programming of company resources.
Your Responsibilities Include:
· Conduct production planning to effectively comply with product requirements, maintaining a balance between the clients’ requirements and the site´s efficiency and inventory level.
· Additional Responsibilities:
· Establish an actual, reachable, and acceptable Production Plan.
· Obtain an effective use of labor and equipment.
· Achieve timely communication with operative areas (Production, Purchasing, etc.) with direct influence on their functions, and with the entire organization in general.
· Follow up on the production plan through defining appropriate quantities, distribution and times in order to achieve maximum operative efficiency.
· Participate in the MRB (Material Review Board) as required.
· Perform the capacity requirement analysis, with a monthly frequency as minimum.
· Weekly and monthly reports on Production Plan´s control and monitoring.
· Establish “special” schedules, such as overtime, trainings, meetings, etc. within the production plan.
· Engage with purchasing, core teams, and global supply partners as needed.
· Provide inventory analysis as required or requested.
· Create comunication lines with network stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor degree in: Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
· English Level: B2+ (80% -95%).

About the Role:
Responsible for the efficient management of production resources: equipment, personnel and materials.
Your Responsibilities Include:
· Oversee operations efficiency and standardization.
· Directly responsible for complying with the production plan and the quality of the product, as well as for line personnel.
· Analyze and evaluate process improvements in order to reduce defects and scrap and/or improving yields.
· Follow procedures established for each operation, and keep work areas organized and clean at all times.
· Participate and/or lead problem solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among others.
· Provide feedback to shift lead.
· Support employee-safety oriented initiatives: use of safety equipment in the operations area, and EH&S awareness programs. Ensure that all personnel follows safety protocols.
· Support EHS management system: responsible of understand, know and apply EHS policy. Responsible to acknowledge and inform the environmental aspects and health and safety risks relevant to mitigate, reduce and eliminate impact during operations.
· Monitor and update the department´s core metrics: Yield, Efficiency, Plan Compliance, RCTIME and Quality.
What We’re Looking For:
· Engineering or administration Bachelor degree.
· English Level required: B2 (80% - 90%).
· Desired knowledge: CQE y/o APICs Certification desirable, Problem Solving methodologies, Methodologies; Lean Tools: 5S, CQE y/o APICs Certification desirable
