(耗材/设备/药物/导管室人员分工/术前规划科会/术中支持/术后回顾分析/术后总结)支持. 新医院新产品及策略产品开展前Workflow梳理，规划及院内落地. 培训其它相关同事进行新产品的启动上市（术前培训/现场带教/术后总结回顾等方式进行带教培训）. 对外进行术者培训. /熟悉电生理手术流程）及新医院开发经验. 熟悉电生理产品的完整细节流程包括耗材准备/设备设置连接等，可熟练指导术者进行手术及术中疑难点处理. 对电生理常见的临床疑问能熟练解答并提供反馈意见. 可指导区域内临床一线同事并进行复杂手术支持. 流畅的沟通能力及演讲能力....
