Are you ready to take the helm of the Tech Industry's financial center in Bank of America? As a Financial Center Manager, youwill be in charge of overseeing, ensuring and executing outstanding customer service while cultivating a high-performing team.
You'll provide leadership and direction to ensure success and profitability through sales goals, operational excellence, risk compliance, consumer safety, and leadership of specialized projects and initiatives. You will be the face of the branch and will be an enthusiastic leader to your staff by motivating, developing, and retaining top talent.
Your primary responsibilities include managing the budget and revenue of the financial centers in compliance with Bank of America policies, implementing daily strategies, overseeing loss prevention, monitoring support staff and general banking safety, as well as oversee sales portfolio management. You will also be responsible for growing a pipeline of new business through expansion, referrals and sales programs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of retail banking experience; exceptional customer service skills, passion for the customer experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience leading, developing and motivating teams; as well as the attention to detail to ensure guidelines are adhered to. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with staff and customers to successfully meet sales targets and identify business opportunities are essential.
