Line of Business Job Description:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for evaluating and testing established operational procedures to ensure quality and compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role involves identifying gaps, reporting test results, recommending improvements, and maintaining documentation to support continuous process excellence and optimization. The role directly supports the Global Banknotes line of business within the Cash & Transportation division.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions

• Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services

• Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes

• Expands business products knowledge within operations environment

• Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates

• Inspects data to identify issues and trends

• Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes

• Conduct quality testing and validation of established procedures across operational workflows.
• Review process/documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Perform audits and inspections to verify adherence to approved procedures and guidelines.
• Identify deviations, risks, and areas for improvement; document findings, report accordingly and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with test of control team members/cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed records of testing results, audit reports, and corrective actions.
• Support training initiatives by providing feedback on procedural clarity and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Execute reporting deliverables within established timeframes (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
• Participate in quality assurance call listening sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, process auditing, or compliance testing.

• Strong understanding of quality control principles, process documentation, and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Example: Excel, Tableau).

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Key responsibilities include completing all workflows, providing guidance to other team members, assisting internal business partners, and providing functional expertise. Job expectations include performing routine and various item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances.

1st Shift Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to overall success of an Operations team as an individual contributor
• Handles operational activities and queries for either single or multiple Lines of Business across the enterprise
• Adheres to deadlines set internally within the business unit or those in agreed Service Level Agreements with internal or external business partners
• Provides functional expertise knowledge to projects or initiatives relating to the business unit
• Maintains internal operational and financial controls and works within the risk appetite of the business unit
• Continues to review processes to ensure they are efficient and implements process improvement opportunities
