Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting all client needs, including discussions and/or activities, and providing diverse and confidential administrative support to the Market Executive. Key responsibilities include monitoring and executing tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client, and supporting management with a variety of administrative duties. Job expectations include managing the execution of client service activities such as initiating and monitoring account opening and asset transfers, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with specialists and service centers to deliver an integrated service experience to the client; and managing administrative objectives, projects and/or activities in a responsive and personable manner, in support of leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and facilitates personal and non-personal client requests related to banking, credit, and investment products to achieve Private Bank client experience standards, including fulfillment of client needs and expectations across all products
  • Partners with their team to coordinate with specialists, including trust, family office, investments, and custody officers, as well as centralized service centers to deliver an integrated service experience to the client including identifying and resolving client issues in an effective and timely manner
  • Adheres to the Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework and complies with regulatory and legal requirements, while assisting with the Private Bank client management process and servicing accounts and portfolios
  • Supports management with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, organizing meetings, and managing different and conflicting administrative objectives, projects or activities in a responsive and personable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales. Administrative experience desired.
  • High net worth client service and sales experience desired
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired
