This job is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls within a call center to assist new and existing clients with determining the best solution for financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a new home equity line of credit. Key responsibilities include analyzing the clients financial goals, determining the most optimal lending product solution, submitting the mortgage application, assisting clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeping clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process.

Review loan documentation in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Independently research and discuss loan details with line partners, demonstrating confidence and subject matter expertise.
Loan bookings of varying complexity and ensure world-class accuracy.
Maintain responsibility for input loan bookings into SOR (System of Record) and minimize controllable rework.
Collaborate with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, agency management, legal counsel, and internal support units to ensure seamless transaction execution
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience with commercial and/or consumer loan documentation review.
Familiarity with GFS and Loan IQ systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
