The TSA role will be partnered with Treasury Sales Officer(s) (TSO) focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally. Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.
To be successful in the role, TSA’s must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration
Complete price/cost benefit analysis models; work with TSO for non-standard pricing
Support TSO on large scale opportunities and deepen relationships at lower half of portfolio with guidance from TSO; includes in person calling on clients.
Assist TSOs in relationship planning, gathering information regarding clients and prospects
Support activities in coordination with IA from sale - implementation, onboarding and training
Complete industry research on clients and prospects; client opportunity analysis
Ensure escalated service issues are properly managed with the right resources
Prepare analysis and presentation materials for all client meetings
Complete card agreements and gather documentation from various areas of the bank in order to submit for implementation
Job Requirements:
Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment; preferred candidates will have Treasury experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, etc.)
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience
Preferred candidates will have their CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) and proven experience prospecting and developing new business

This job is responsible for managing a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients and beneficiaries involving multi-generational families. Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration and business development of complex investment management and trust accounts and working with team members to assure trust product awareness and education of clients, associates, and Centers of Influence. Job expectations include working with teams to drive business development and retention, assisting clients with wealth planning needs, and managing risk.
Responsibilities:
Provides fiduciary administration support including the review of trust instruments, participating in matters where the trustee is exercising discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews
Supports investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance
Engages with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals, while delivering a high-quality experience
Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios
Identifies and develops new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of investment decision making and financial consulting experience working with high net worth clients and ultra-high net worth clients.
This individual will have held positions of increasing responsibility with an established and prestigious financial services firm, most likely in a wealth management, private banking and/or trust field.
Knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services required through extensive related work experience.
Broad-based technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal and operations necessary to service clients.
Knowledge of fiduciary standards, principles and applicable laws and regulations usually acquired through training, seminars or law school.
Skills and experience in negotiating, delegating, leadership, superior client service and relationship management skills required.
Desired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent financial services/business experience preferred as well as hold appropriate credentials such as CPA, CFP and or CFA designation.
A graduate degree such as MBA or JD preferred
