This job is responsible for servicing inquires received from Treasury clients via phone, email, or online channels regarding their treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository products. Key responsibilities include analyzing and determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Job expectations include partnering with internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and technical support.

TheQA Automation Engineer will support LLE testing of multiple initiatives. Will be responsible owning initiative QA support, coordinating E2E testing, addressing issues, testing status reports, risk management and communication between developers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Develops detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
• Leads test planning, usually at a team level. When part of a Scrum team, ensure stories are well refined and contain clear acceptance criteria
• Leads test case reviews and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure test coverage
• Identifies automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types
• Executes test cases, including manual and automated tests, and record test results
• Designs test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments
• Uses testing tools and follow processes to complete testing on a given test environment, and perform necessary steps required to promote code base to higher level environments

Required Qualifications:

• RAFT and UFT hands on experience (3+ years). Able to create UFT QTP automated scripts from scratch, and update existing ones
• API Testing - Rest and SOAP. Familiar with SOAPUI and POSTMAN tools (3+ years)
• Able to write Oracle DB SQL queries (3+ years)

• Experience with XMLs, XSDs and JSONs
