Job Description
As point person for all Treasury functions and service levels across both the Dealer and the Bank, you will manage a team that supports FX, associated collateral, payments and time deposits. Manage training and coverage, plus day to day operations inlcuding controls, risk mitigation and process improvements. Managing this team and reporting to the Department manager with expectations to grow across the platform as Organization changes are made.
Responsibilities
Providing transaction support for Treasury to reduce risk and timing delays on Cash payments & FX
Providing settlement support of BA's, Time Deposits and Collateral trades
Timely Bank breaks & investigations
Performing functions such as: Bank reconciliations, Setup and authorisation of banks for various business lines, Trade check out, adjustments and settlement resolution
Analyzing trade processing opportunities for improved STP
Proactively managing breaks, trading and departmental inquiries, as well as improving overall relationships
Perform processing of Events, reconciliations, notifications and cash flows
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, 10 + years preferred
Bachelor degree or substantially equivalent experience
Brokerage and industry experience across multiple functions with progression.
Supervisory experience required
Canadian Securities Course or other applicable courses
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills to manage your relationships within custodian, and internal & external clients
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrated success individually and through a team.
Ability to work collaboratively on projects and well as independently
Ability to work flexible hours

The new Director will be responsible to help maintain and develop our Equity Options sales franchise with clients based in Canada and worldwide with the aim of growing commission revenues, market share and our overall market presence.Daily responsibilities include evaluation of markets, development of trading strategies, client facilitation, content creation, and analysis. This job is responsible for supporting Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) with managing and growing revenue both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Responsibilities

Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing
Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships

Ensures the accuracy of sales data including managing sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting

Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in major financial institution’s corporate client facing role
Knowledge of cash management and familiarity with credit, trade and foreign exchange
Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload from diverse sources
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners

As a member of the Treasury Solutions team, the Analyst will perform the following tasks:
• Understand the overall TDS client origination strategy, particularly that of Corporate and Investment Banking.
• Support activity to increase sales revenue by adding new clients and increasing the penetration and profitability of cash management products and services.
• Attend client pitches with Treasury Solutions team members and other TDS calling officers, primarily as an observer.
• Work closely with Treasury Solutions RMs to complete RFPs and create pitch decks.
• Work closely with other partners in TD Securities (U.S. and Canada) and TDBG including: Investment Banking, Credit Origination, Credit Management, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Trade Finance, as well as Business Banking to monetize cash management opportunities.
• Lead the onboarding & maintenance of cash management clients, including overseeing anti-money laundering compliance.
• Manage the opening of new accounts, changes on existing accounts, prepare account documentations, including negotiation of legal documents, obtain AML/KYC information and day to day support on account inquires and investigations from clients.
• Manage cash management specific credit facilities, including liaison with credit management and risk management functions.
• Continuously learn about new and current cash management products and manage diverse projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for relatively simple clients.
• Act as secondary point of contact, in support of senior team members for more sophisticated clients.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree, with strong academics.
• Industry experience and accreditations (CFA, CTP, etc) are highly desirable.
