POSITION: Lead-Cybersecurity
DUTIES: Responsible for testing proof of concepts and supporting various cyber-related projects. Innovate, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and other technical program management tasks associated with cybersecurity programs. Analyze complex security issues, developments, and engineering activities to help mitigate risk. Analyze hardware and software solutions, identifying modifications to fit cybersecurity needs, and developing policies and procedures to minimize network intrusion, malware events, and vulnerability issues for internal and external customers. Apply measures to block malicious code and applications. Provide cyber incident responses and cyber operational support, as well as perform tasks such as cyber product testing, cybersecurity application testing, cyber risk and strategic analysis, cyber application development and testing, cyber iot planning and testing, and cyber research. Complete tasks related to cyber awareness and training, cyber vulnerability detection and assessments, cyber intelligence and investigation, and cyber application development and testing. Install, configure, and troubleshoot IBM Security Directory Server (SDS) and IBM DB2 database tables and indexes according to application requirements. Set up multi-way replication of the IBM SDS application between multiple data centers in an active/active configuration with global load balancers to enhance platform resiliency and availability. Use scripting and tools like DMC, TOAD, TAPM, Splunk, and Nagios to monitor and troubleshoot issues related to performance and availability of the platform. Plan and execute database backup and recovery, provide database tuning for performance and stability, and create logical models from business models by incorporating business rules. Involve upgrading SDS, DB2 databases, and maintaining and upgrading replication agreements and certificates. Remediate vulnerabilities within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) that are identified by the audit team, while maintaining strict access control. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of products before moving applications to production. Utilize highly available cybersecurity platforms using ISVA, LDAP, Tomcat, DB2, and Oracle components. Install, upgrade and administration of IBM Security Directory Server (SDS) and DB2 with active/ active setup between multiple data centers using Resonate load balances and replication agreements. Set up monitoring and alerting using DMC, scripting is necessary to ensure platform availability. Utilize an understanding of global load balancing and resonate. Implement the security policies and procedures along with identifying and remediating vulnerabilities within SLA times of both SDS and DB2.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, or Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation utilizing highly available cybersecurity platforms using ISVA, LDAP, Tomcat, DB2, and Oracle components; installing, upgrading and administration of IBM Security Directory Server (SDS) and DB2 with active / active setup between multiple data centers using Resonate load balances and replication agreements; setting up monitoring and alerting using DMC, scripting is necessary to ensure platform availability; utilizing an understanding of global load balancing and resonate; and implementing the security policies and procedures along with identifying and remediating vulnerabilities within SLA times of both SDS and DB2.

Your role within the Cyber Operations Red Team will be focused on building, contributing to and improving a robust Red Teaming program. This will require you to collaborate with management to set strategic goals for yourself and the program.
