What you will do…
- Responsible for end to end AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including: banking, vendor, accruals, credit cards etc.
- Managing accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
- Record daily transactions and execute journal entries, including month-end closing processes.
- Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities including VAT, 102 reporting etc.
- Support ad-hoc financial tasks and initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Ad- hoc back up for the company's payroll controller.
- Completeness, accuracy and timely manner is required in all the above responsibilities.
What we expect…
- 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in hi-tech and international companies
- Experienced payroll controlle- Must
- Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in English – speaking and writing
- Proficiency in NetSuite (big advantage)
- Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
