As a Performance Analysis engineer you will be working on multiple aspects of performance analysis, including:

• Lead electrical engineering efforts from conceptual studies through design, construction, commissioning, and operation.

Arm is seeking a proactive and diligent Compliance Manager to lead and scale our compliance and quality assurance function within the Data Center Engineering organization. In this role, you will not only architect the framework that ensures alignment with certifications and regulatory requirements, but also build and lead a high-performing team focused on operational perfection.

You will serve as a strategic partner to lab operations, systems engineering, facilities, and security teams—translating regulatory and quality requirements into practical, scalable standards for our high-performance computing infrastructure. You will support Arm Automotive projects from early development to successful assessment and certification while working with top engineering, product, and functional safety experts.

• Ensure the safety of a system or product by identifying potential failures, analyzing risks, and defining safety mitigations throughout the product development lifecycle, adhering to relevant safety standards like ISO 26262 (for automotive) or IEC 61508 (for industrial applications).
