Description

This role focuses on program management of strategic programs in support of the Service Business Units (SBU) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment. This person will engage cross-functionally to drive program definition, planning and on time delivery working to exceed committed business outcomes. The person will contribute to strategic development driving program selection in support of the SBU and AGS business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for program management of strategic programs supporting SBU and AGS business strategic improvement priorities.
  • Partners with SBU, SBU Ops leadership and broader AGS leadership to develop business improvement roadmaps including portfolio management and execution.
  • Accountable for the on-time delivery, cost and business outcomes of improvement programs in support of customer, operating plan and growth commitments of SBU/AGS.
  • Leads development and execution of project management principles (PMP) including change management and communication.
  • Manages internal/external partners and in support of program execution and delivery.
  • Leads strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal etc. Communicates program progress /execution to senior executives and stakeholders.

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience
