Key Responsibilities

• System Operation & Maintenance
  • Perform system operation to align with the business priority set forth by Lab Management
  • Maintenance, testing, checkout, and modification of electro-mechanical systems and specialized test equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-level and component-level issues in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
  • Execute new system installations and upgrades as required.
• Technical Documentation & Collaboration
  • Interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to conduct testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

The Senior Machining Operations Manager is a hybrid leadership and technical expert role responsible for overseeing complex machining operations while providing direct supervision and strategic direction to a team of skilled machinists and wire harness fabricators. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of machinists and wire harness fabricators, providing technical guidance and performance management.
