Technical Expertise

Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and materials.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience managing physical security projects.
Certifications in Project Management
Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems (C-Cure, Access Control, identity management, video management, intrusion detection systems).
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, SmartSheets, CAD, BlueBeam etc).
Knowledge of construction and facility management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities
As People Strategy Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting to develop, manage and drive the implementation of the People Strategy, an extensive multi-year organizational change program. The People Strategy is a foundation of change initiatives aimed at adapting our working practices and focus areas, ensuring we can meet challenges now and in the future.
Project management of People Strategy implementation, driving progress ensuring all elements of the implementation plan are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Maintain overview of delivery of all initiatives within the People Strategy and lead the continuous planning and prioritization of project implementation
Establish and maintain robust up-to-date project management documentation
Coordinate the People Strategy project delivery team, convening the group on a regular basis and providing support and guidance to project team members
Work closely with individuals responsible for delivery of change initiatives to plan, develop, deliver, and embed change in line as outlined in the People Strategy
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a particular focus on building a strong and trusting partnership with key project delivery staff
