The role will report to the Mechanical Systems Manager.- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders.- Provide technical support and system troubleshooting for mechanical and tenant infrastructure.- Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs.- Support inspections, energy audits, LEED surveys, and accessibility reviews.- Help manage vendor services and ensure compliance with contract specifications.- Identify and report mechanical system challenges, contributing to resolution planning.- Maintain detailed documentation for systems performance and regulatory compliance.- Stay informed on industry trends in HVAC and building automation.
  • Associate degree in mechanical engineering technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system components.
