Your job responsibilities will include * Work with cross functional teams to develop data asks and privacy/confidentiality/safety/legal requirements. * Lead data collection solution development to transform complicated data asks and privacy/confidentiality/safety/legal requirements into a clear and executable data collection solution.* Define data collection HW/SW infrastructure specification and align with cross functional teams to ensure technical performance, usability, and stability.* Design and implement DC project management and risk control process.* Design and implement efficient budget management and cost control.* Design and implement continuous training plan to provide sufficient operation, protocol and HW/SW handling and clear documentations to DC teams.* Lead and supervise teams and data collection vendors to execute data collection and deliver complete and accurate data. * Develop data quality control process, monitor data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the data collection process.* Work with SW and CVML engineers to support data evaluation, curation, and annotation process.* Develop and drive the feedback loop from data consumers to data collection. * Drive process improvements across the organization to continuously improve the way we work.
