As a Wireless RTL Design Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the development of advanced and novel technologies as well as implementations of new features. You will work on wireless communication operations in 2G/3G/4G modems and PHY/MAC fields. Along with other engineers, you will have the opportunity to provide unique and cutting-edge solutions to complex engineering problems that involve wireless communication. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other teams including but not limited to RF, Systems, ASIC Design, Platform Software, and Networking. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers to further their knowledge and contribute to Apple’s engineering strategy while providing quality designs that can be integrated into the next generation of Apple products. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a BS/ M.S Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field and have 5+ years of relevant experience with design experience in RTL design, Scripting Languages, C/C++ programming, and/or modeling. In addition, you should also have strong problem-solving and debugging skills while also being a creative thinker with experience in developing innovative and cost-effective systems. Formal training in wireless communication systems is a plus.
