As a Community Specialist, you will demonstrate your passion for Apple, sales, and growing relationships with multiple partner resellers. You will create excitement and build knowledge around Apple through training and demonstrations by traveling to different stores within your community to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador responsible for influencing every aspect of the Apple experience including merchandising and brand standards.In this position, you will work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and your work schedule will typically run Wednesday through Sunday, however we do require flexibility as this will change based on business needs. To ensure that you are reasonable proximity to your community, you will need to live within 60 miles of the job posting location. You will be required to provide your own reliable and efficient transportation.

  • Track and analyse test results, create report, draw conclusion and make necessary recommendations and improvements
  • Create and maintain the test data for regression scripts to ensure consistent and reliable testing
  • Solve complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate efficiently with contractors, ensuring alignment and integration with internal teams.
  • A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
