We are looking for an experienced Editor to further grow our Video business and lead editorial and marketing strategy of Apple TV+ content for Korea. The Editor is hands-on with the TV App platform, creating and implementing programming & marketing strategy and using data insights to drive growth and engagement for Apple TV+ content in Korea.
Content Programming & Strategy- Create and maintain an engaging, data-informed content programming calendar for Apple TV+ on a daily basis.- Work closely with the Video team to define and implement localized programming and marketing strategies for Apple TV+ content in Korea.- Lead the monthly selection of priority titles, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners through consistent sharing and communication.- Operate with a wide aperture of the industry—monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform planning and strategic adjustments.Insight-Driven Execution- Report on content performance and user engagement; translate data insights into actionable strategies.- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.Project Leadership- Lead complex projects from ideation to execution, aligning internal and external stakeholders and driving cross-functional momentum.- Balance multiple initiatives with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of SVOD and television customer consumption behaviors, as well as familiarity with key players in the market
  • Proven track record of developing and executing programming strategies that successfully drive viewership and customer engagement
  • Prior experience in the video industry—particularly in content programming or scheduling for SVOD platforms—is a strong plus
  • Proficient in working across multiple content management systems, with a continuous improvement mindset toward workflow optimization
  • Skilled at interpreting and leveraging data insights to inform programming and content decisions
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Korean and English language proficiency
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in setting clear goals, driving team performance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to end-to-end project management

As Marcom's Advertising and Brand lead, you will be responsible for developing world-class campaigns for Apple in Korea. This includes origination and localization work, from creative development, production, deployment, and evaluation of our advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with our creative and media agencies and supervise the localization and amplification of campaigns to work powerfully for our International (Geo) markets.
The day to day responsibilities will include:- Provide a single point of contact for campaigns from an overall strategy, communications, and assets perspective. This requires representing the local Geo’s POVs to WW Marcom counterparts while articulating the global strategy for the broader Geo team
  • 15+ years of experience in creative agency or global brand experience in a global or regional capacity
