You will lead efforts to build distributed training support into PyTorch and JAX using XLA, the Neuron compiler, and runtime stacks. This position includes being a member of the operational team that requires a week of on-call responsibilities once every 6 to 8 weeks. On-call duties include responding to customer issues, reviewing operational metrics, and improving operational excellence. - 4+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
