On a daily basis you will be expected to collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program and product managers, and internal customers including site maintenance and operations teams, to ensure the product you are deploying, is both ready for deployment and capable of achieving the business requirements. You will travel to your project sites, collaborate both virtually and in person, to ensure all business stakeholders are aligned on program status.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- Experience managing project portfolios, budgets and decentralized resources to execute project goals.
- Experience working in a global environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to travel frequently both within country up to 75% and occasional internationally (~5%).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

To help make this a reality, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to build infrastructure to support our Partner and Builder infrastructure. As a TPM, you will be responsible for projects that span across the organization and contribute to building scalable mechanisms within Fundamentum, including a focus on Region Flexibility initiatives.
This role is located in Detroit, MI, Seattle, WA, or Santa Cruz, CA.
Responsibilities include:
· Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
· Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customer segmentation
· Engage with service owners and partner teams to identify integration opportunities and drive product initiatives
· Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical
constraints.
· Creation of communication mechanisms for collaboration across SVPs in the broader Consumer.
· Document, maintain and report on program processes
· Identify and manage operational best practices with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
