 Experience working with complex distributed systems
 Excellent coding skills with the ability to develop high quality software solutions while mentor existing engineers in best practice
 Expertise in systems design ( single component and multiple distributed)
 Our service portfolio is broad, so breadth of experience will be important.

 Large (enterprise) scale experience is essential, preferably in highly complex, and/or heavily regulated industry sectors.
 Start-up experience would also be advantageous (complementary to large-scale/high-complexity experience).
 The ability to dive deep into specific problems, around automation, security and general operational excellence.
 Cryptography, cross-domain and deep security experience are all desired but not essential.

As part of this team, you will blend business acumen with technical guidance to effectively engage with organizations at all stages of cloud adoption, helping them reinvent their businesses using AWS technology and guiding them on their cloud journey. You will encourage innovation and drive change to achieve better customer outcomes. You will manage the overall technical relationship between our customers and AWS, and lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, creating and delivering demos, and technical workshops. - 7+ years experience in enterprise-scale cloud solutions architecture and delivery, as well as customer-facing experience leading enterprise cloud solutions
- Experience leading generative AI transformations at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated track record of influencing C-suite executives and driving organizational change
- Experience in technical design, architecture and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)

Basic Qualifications

2) MBA from a Tier I B-School
3) Strong communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents.
4) Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
