- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IoT integration, data and AI strategy (including machine learning and predictive analytics), operational advisory, or energy and utilities domain expertise.
- Strong financial modeling and market research skills, with the ability to conduct operational impact assessments.
- Energy and utilities domain expertise (e.g., grid operations, SCADA systems, regulatory frameworks)
- Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, blockchain, and their applications in the energy, utilities, and public service sectors.

- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms
