Engagements may include migration of existing applications and development of new applications using AWS cloud services.• Insights - Work with AWS engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. Key job responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure. Ensure that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
* Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians to support and operate data center facilities.
* Engage in improvement projects, often requiring reaching out to a variety of support teams, and drive them from conception to completion.

The Training Specialist provides an exceptional learning experience, facilitating blended learning for the AGI-DS org. The role requires the ability to support planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of end-to-end training.
