- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.
- Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis).
- This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment.Diverse Experiences

• 2+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience with one of the following programming languages/technologies: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++
