In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and leading the solution design to address customer business outcomes (CBO). Operating as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and our Shared Delivery Teams (SDT), you’ll ensure proposed solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimize ProServe and/or our partners to maximize CBOs. As a Sr. PCA you are a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to address customer challenges. As a technical SME, you will share knowledge within the organization, through mentoring, training, creation of reusable artifacts and process improvements.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:
• Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
• Providing technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, designing and implementing cloud solutions
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, design and technical domain
- Experience in external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management
- Experience in consulting/service sales, business development and technical Pre-sales experience
- Bachelor's degree, or experience as technical specialist in design and architecture


Preferred Qualifications

- Deep understanding of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
- Expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred

- Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment to ensure 24/7 reliability and availability
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
- Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA
- Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Technical writing to support change management program
- Monitor daily work requests and manage to resolution, and execute projects from conception to completion
- On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislationPhysical Requirements:- Regularly lift and/or move up to 39 pounds independently
- Participate in group lifts for 40+ pounds
- Maintain balance and perform construction tasks while on a ladder
