- Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls: Address urgent issues that may arise outside regular working hours.
- Act as an escalation point for facilities-related issues: Oversee routine and emergency services, ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Perform physical tasks: Lift and move objects of varying weights, walk job sites in different terrains while maintaining balance and safety.- Work in noisy environments when required: Utilize approved personal protective equipment (PPE).- Provide on-site management for builders, five days a week. - High school or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a data center or other mission critical environment with knowledge in UPS, Generators, HVAC, Evaporators and other critical infrastructure OR 7+ years of Technical (Military/Trade School) training and/or experience
- Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications (Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline)
- 3+ years experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
- 5+ years experience working in a data center or other mission critical environment with an emphasis on building and equipment operation
