1. Strategic Planning & Design Management
a. Contribute in developing comprehensive 6-8 months network implementation roadmaps aligned with AWS DC expansion targets
b. Create and optimize network position layouts and rack placement strategies for data centre floor space utilization
c. Review and contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) documentation
d. Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical requirements and design specifications
e. Develop capacity planning models to ensure infrastructure scalability
f. Create standardized planning templates and methodologies for network implementations2. Project & Resource Management
a. Lead end-to-end project planning for multiple concurrent network implementation initiatives
b. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies
c. Manage project scope, and quality parameters
d. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
e. Improvise and optimize planning by incorporating lessons learnt of latest deployed projects, iteratively.g. Track and report weekly project progress and/or otherwise informed to key stakeholders3. Supply Chain & Inventory Planning
a. Develop project inventory forecasts and requirements
b. Optimize developed counts by utilizing prior surplus spares.d. Manage vendor relationships and delivery schedules
e. Establish and stick to procurement timelines aligned with project schedules4. Program Governance & Process Excellence
a. Establish and maintain project management frameworks and best practices
b. Develop sustainable and repeatable planning processes

- Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development.
- Extensive experience in designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language- Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience as a tech lead OR leading an engineering team.

This is an operational role. Under general supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed, thus aiding defect reduction.
Key job responsibilities
The Associate has to watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses by following goals on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity) and right / acceptable practices. Associates are required to take breaks at the pre-defined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours’ time per day is spent to answer the videos. Associates who are hired to work from home should maintain (1) dedicated workspace i.e., table, chair & sufficient lighting (2) workspace / work related data shouldn’t be accessed by anyone other than employee
• Willingness to work in Non-tech role for contract duration of 6 months
• Ability to audit image/video/text based Jobs
• Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct response. Requires high level of attention & focus on screen
• Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity
• Fast Pace of implementation & consistent performance
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams and exceptionally good team player
• Readiness to come to office for few days (when required, applicable for associates working from home)

The ideal candidate is a strong hardware board designer with Ethernet networking experience in the areas of terabit switch fabrics, 10/40/100 gigabit interfaces, embedded CPU subsystems, and network processors. Previous experience in defining and designing modular chassis based products is required. Must have previous experience working with Asian ODM and JDM partners, both in development and in manufacturing.You will have previous experience in high speed digital design as a design lead in the networking field. This includes architectural definition, specification, key component selection, detailed design, working closely with PCB designers, testing, and transition to manufacturing. - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- BSEE with 10+ years experience in hardware board and systems development (must have taken products from concept to mass production) and recent 5+ years experience with Ethernet switching fabrics, Ethernet PHY and SerDes interfaces, embedded CPU subsytems, DDR2/DDR3/DDR4 memory design, network processors, I2C, USB
- Experience with high-speed PCB design and AC/DC PI and 5+ years of experience in CPLD/FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog
- Experience troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and specialized test equipment such as PCI analyzers and in-circuit-emulators
- Experience interfacing with cross functional teams such mechanical engineers, HW engineers, SI engineers, diagnostic engineers, and manufacturing engineers as well as with outside vendors and developers
