You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. * Processing legacy hardware out of the data center facilities in India
* Moving large enterprise equipment
* Lift up to 49lbs and participate in team lifts of 50+ lbs
* Hard drive removal and destruction
* Creating/attaching labels and barcodes
* Updating progress through a web ticketing systems
* Documenting procedures
* Escalating concerns to senior technicians and managers as needed/required
* Work with basic PC components and hardware like:
1. HDD/SSD/Flash/Removable storage media
2. USB/FireWire/EsataAbout the team

- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
